As the Founder and Principal Consultant of VERBULANT, Judy Mikalonis is passionate about leveraging the complexity of change to help leaders and their teams to achieve key business outcomes as they transform technology and align strategy, people systems, and culture.
For more than 15 years Judy and her teams have partnered with professional teams across multiple disciplines to serve a diverse range of global and multinational clients--from businesses, to non-profits to government agencies--in the areas of information technology, applied technology, healthcare, higher education, retirement systems, architectural design, behavioral health, finance and banking, law, automotive, aviation, biopharma, consumer goods manufacturing, e-commerce, construction, and more.
No matter what industries she's worked within, Judy gravitates to leading strategy, consulting and coaching initiatives to help clients analyze and co-creatively address the root causes underlying their organizational challenges. Since 2003, VERBULANT teams have focused primarily on Organization Development, Strategic Change, and Management Consulting, with specialties in Marketing, Brand and Sales Performance and "the people side" of Technology and Culture org transformations.
Judy earned her Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from the renowned OD program at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. In addition to her Master's degree, she also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
